My very first Criss Cross card! I've used Tilda with Peony and coloured with copics. The paper I have had for ages and I cannot even remember from where. The scallop along the crossed edges is actually the edge of some lace. The pull tab oval at the top of the insert was made from a Spellbinders die.This card is for the following challenges;

It's Tilda unwrapping a present for Christmas in July. I have used these papers from Kaiser's Christmas range frome last year called 'Christmas Carnival' The colours work in perfectly for
The ornaments and text edges, have been sparkled up with some 3D Kindy Glitz, 'glittered crystalina'. Bow was made with the fantastic bow easy and stitched to the ribbon. I used some double sided tape to ruffle the tails of the bow.

Isn't it amazing just what two pieces of cardstock can create. I've used my 'daisy' embossing folder on the white cardstock aswell as inked some edges with versamark silver ink to add some dimension. Scalloped cicles are made with spellbinders die and butterflies with a punch. Pin embellishments I made, while the ribbons, flowers, Kaisercraft pearls and Papermania mini rhinestones are from my stash.
